Thank you for subscribing to RentSaar. We strive to provide the ultimate property management system, but if you are not fully satisfied, we are here to support you.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time inside the Dashboard's Billing settings. Once cancelled, your account will remain active until the end of your currently paid billing period.

2. Refund Terms

We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for monthly and annual subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial checkout, contact support@rentsaar.com to request a full refund.

3. Discretionary Exceptions

Refund requests submitted past the 14-day threshold are analyzed on a case-by-case basis. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially utilized cycles.
